Generally most agent will tell u their comm is 2% sama ada u nak jual/beli. Tapi I dengar some house owner tawar 1% they sometimes accept.

Kalau u dah punya ready buyer for yr house, tak payah pakai agent pon boleh. Actually all u hv to do is both party (buyer/seller) pegi HDB Hub with yr filled application form. The Ctm Service counter will help u.
Kalau prefer nak pakai agent juga, u make sure they explain and give u copies of the mortgage caln of yr house.
