Ataupun benda2 ini tak penting?
Pernah kena sue disbbkan kelalaian sendiri?

most of the time baca.. tapi kalau dah public.. kena pandai2 lah jari ni control semua..

agree wif aura... kalau dalam forum mcm ni, bukan pasal mulut badan binasa but pasal jari boleh jadi binasa jugak.

Kalau dulu, pasal baca agreement especially yang panjang lebar, ni memanglah I tak berapa ambil berat atau prihatin.
Tapi dah tinggal kat sini, terpaksa ambil berat  especially all those clauses in  small small print .Kalau susah nak faham apa2 agreement from any  important document , sebelum agree atau tandatangan , kena minta tolong lawyer lah baca & terangkan dulu...
Maklumlah , kadang kita  baca ingat faham ,tapi kita intrepret wrongly....susah nanti jadinya!
Dalam hal ni:

apparently there is this one guy yang menang US $1000 after reading the full EULA (end user license agreement)  :o

moral: lain kali baca lah semua T&C atau EULA betul betul. mana tahu... boleh menang duit sikit.. hehe !
