S'pore Bus Service
Service No. 72 --- (donno his name.. look like Indian .. wears white gloves)... greetings from him too every evening ... Selamat petang.

Dont tell me all Singaporeans (those who serve the public) are 90% rude or shud say not courteous at all.

Bank teller?
Toilet Cleaner?
Sales Promoter?

Puan Johara.. staff kat Singapore General Hospital.
Very friendly and helpful.

When my father was hospitalized in September, Makcik Johara tu kerja membersihkan wad. She does her work without complains and always very chatty to patients and visitors. Smiley

2day pertama kali i dengar semasa nak naik bus no 81 dari pasir ris dis apek greet "Gd afternoon"pada setiap passenger yg naik.Welldone SBS. Smiley

Yesterday.. happening.. me & hubby make 5-6 staffs to stay back (OT) just to instal new system.. & made them wait for me to come back & bring back their accessories aft closing time @ 9pm orelse refund & cancel my purchase..  & which they later choose to wait & instal the new one for me. The initial set was happened to be faulty.

Challenger at Tampines.. their Customer Service was excellence!! Smiley
